These emails may appear to come from SERS or appear to represent SERS, they do not. SERS encourages members to be cautious of email solicitations and skeptical of any attempts by outside firms to request personal or financial information. The Understanding Your Retirement Benefits workshop is designed to help you understand your benefits and the services SERS offers. The workshop helps retirees and survivors understand the elections made at retirement, member services account information, annual statements and relevant forms, and provides general insurance information.
