Returning Users
Login Instructions
Step 1: Visit https://member.srs.illinois.gov/. Type in your ILogin Email or Username and click "Next".
Step 2: Type in your password and click “Verify”.
Step 3: Click “Receive a code via SMS. ILogin will text you a one-time passcode to verify your identity.
Step 4: Enter the code that you receive on your cell phone and click “Verify”.
Note: You will then be directed to your Member Services account.
*Once you're finished in your Member Services account, be sure to click "Log Out". If you do not log out properly, you will receive an ILogin Application Denied error the next time you attempt to sign in and will need to clear your Cache in your Web Browser to fix it.
