How to Change Your ILogin Email Address
Step 1: Sign in at https://ilogin.illinois.gov/
*You must be able to sign in at https://ilogin.illinois.gov/ with your username and password to make account changes. It will not work from the link on the SERS home page.
Step 2: Click on the arrow key at the top right-hand corner, select “Settings”
Step 3: Under account, update your Primary email and click “Save”.
How to Change Your ILogin Security Methods
Step 1: Sign in at https://ilogin.illinois.gov/

Step 2: Click on the arrow key at the top right-hand corner, select “Settings”
Step 3: Under Security Methods, update your Password, security questions, phone number, or authentication method and click “Save”.
